We have developed a varied portfolio of self-funded projects and an array of client projects including multi-family, commercial, retail, industrial and office buildings for investors, trusts, and corporations. We accomplish this through the acquisition of strategic properties, development of new buildings, renovation of buildings and facilitation of equity partners.
