We are continuously working to improve our internal Code of Ethics Guidelines which encompass the policies relating to the ethical and legal standards of conduct to be adhered to by directors, management, employees and agents of AHS in the conduct of our business. These ethical and legal policies apply to all employees regardless of tier and all AHS activities throughout the world.

AHS conducts business in several countries around the Middle East and Africa regions of the world. We adhere and observe the laws of the countries in which AHS operates. While some of AHS policies are based on the requirements of law, other are just good ethic and business sense we instill in all our employees.
